When you see "Full-Text" listed next to an article in the library databases, this means that you can access the full text of the article, i.e., the article in its entirety, by clicking on the "Full-Text" link. When you are searching for articles using the "Search Everything" function, you can limit your results to only show sources for which the full text is available, as shown in the screenshot below:
