Q. Do I receive an email reminder before my book is due?

Yes! After borrowing an item, you'll receive a due date reminder notice 2 days before the due date. If the item is not returned, you'll receive 3 overdue notices on the days when the item is overdue,  7 days overdue, and 14 days overdue. If the item is still not returned 7 days after the 3rd notice, then the system will send out a final notice with replacement cost and processing fee information.

All library notifications (holds, overdue, etc.) go to your George Brown email. Unfortunately we don't have an option to send it to your other emails or direct to your phone.
