I bought business case studies from various business schools. Can I photocopy them to hand out in class or use them in exams?

Answer

Most business cases not contained in books or jornals are licensed with specific permitted uses. You would have to check with the business school in-question. Often there is a per-student fee for making copies, and if you do not have an original printing in-hand or on-file, there may also be a fee to acquire a copy for reproduction as well.

Paper copies cannot be digitized and disseminated via email or BlackBoard without permission or licensing from the publisher of the business case.
