What is Captioning?
Answer
Closed captioning displays audio as text on-screen in synchronization with the dialogue of the speaker.
All video resources used at the college must be closed captioned so as to be accessible to all members of our learning community. This includes videos you produce, purchase, link to online, or borrow from the library media collection. If you are not sure if your video resources are captioned, the Accessible Media Co-ordinator will provide assistance.
For more information on captioning please view the policy here or contact the College's Accessible Media Co-ordinator Anne Villahermosa.
