Can I use iTunes in the classroom?

Answer

Although you have an iTunes account, and have legally purchased the music you will to play, the license you set up your account only covers “personal use” so content purchased through iTunes cannot be used in the classroom as this falls outside the realm of “personal use”. Posting an audio file to Blackboard always requires permission from the copyright holder. Otherwise, if you want to provide access to the music via blackboard please find a legitimately posted copy and then provide a link to that copy. It is always preferable to provide a link, rather than embedding the player. In all situations please remember to cite the source including if available author/creator.
