There does not appear to be a "cell phone policy" in the list, but the STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE POLICY does refer to cell phone use in Section 2.3- Photography/Videotaping: "Students are not permitted to photograph or videotape except with prior permission from faculty and the entire class. This includes using cell phones for these purposes. Due to privacy laws, it is a violation to post audio, video or photographs of faculty, fellow students, clients, children in the lab schools, or community members on any social network without explicit permission".
You are also encouraged to contact your instructor and/or school regarding phone/laptop use in the classroom.
